Brazilian-German Rapper, drummer, and multidiciplinary artist cesco.blz has been contriving his craft on stages throughout Europe since he was a child. Having both Brazilian and German heritage has allowed him to formulate his work in a way that brings together both cultures and accrues musical borders.

Language has become a staple in his music and lyrical composition utilising his Native German and Portuguese
tongue as well as his near expert level English skills, making his trilingual abilities trademark in his music.

”Language should never be a barrier between music and the people who consume it. Music is about empowerment, and that is what I aim to do, empower no matter the understanding of any one language.“

Cesco’s music is about groove, harmony, and feel good vibes. His body of work showcases this, with his first album debuting in 2021 and was followed up by a plethora of singles and collaborations, shining light on his musical range.

2023 is sure to garner some major revelations in his music.

TEER

TEER fusionieren Einflüsse aus Stilen wie Techno und Post-Punk und entwickeln sie in einem Popgewand von Neuem. Harte technoide Sounds mit wummernden Drums, gepaart mit treibenden Synthesizern, atmosphärisch-verzerrten Klängen und heimsuchenden Vocals –
alles getaucht in eine dunkle Stimmung.

Die Songs handeln von der bevorstehenden Apokalypse, dem Weltschmerz unserer Zeit und werfen einen kritischen Blick auf die Menschen, die auf dieser Erde leben. Es werden Abhängigkeiten von Konsum, materiellem Besitz, anderen Menschen, sich selbst, Macht und Rausch thematisiert. Bedürfnisse nach Verdrängtem, Verbotenem und Abgründen der dunklen Seite des Lebens.

Anfang 2023 wurden die beiden Singles „spiel“ und „paralyse“ veröffentlicht. Weitere werden folgen.
